This is the annual market research project we conduct within the cellular industry to learn about various experiences and offerings to consumers based on their credit, based on the area they live, and based on the carrier. This year we are exploring installment billing eligibility for customers that wish to purchase high end devices and that don't want to pay for them upfront. Primarily we are interested in learning, based on your credit, how does this impact installment phone costs and are all consumers eligible if they request installment billing to pay for the equipment. IF INTERESTED, carefully READ BELOW HOW TO APPLY:



  • 1. ALL SHOPPERS must FIRST be approved and placed into a credit rating category. AT THIS TIME WE HAVE CHANGED OUR FOCUS TO ONLY SHOPPERS WITH CHALLENGED CREDIT (FICO SCORES OF UNDER 600) Shoppers that wish to participate FIRST must allow us to run their credit to learn their credit score so that we can verify they fit our Focus range and are eligible for the study. We are looking for 'challenged' or poor credit consumers-only at this time. You WILL NOT be asked for any sensitive personal information and all results are confidential. We have all the information we need on your shopper registration page that you completed when you registered as a shopper with us. Shoppers simply need to complete the WAIVER AGREEMENT that gives us your permission to run your credit. THE WAIVER IS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO SELF ASSIGN IT FROM OUR JOB BOARD AND YOU MUST SEARCH BY COUNTRY (These are not zip code specific) here Instantly Assign Myself an Application - Simply Click on any of the listings "Cellular Credit Study" in the list that has a self assign link to the right. NOTE- IF YOU DO NOT SEE ANY LISTINGS - MAKE SURE YOUR ARE ON THE CLASSIC VIEW OF THE JOB BOARD THAT SHOWS ALL JOBS LISTED IN THE COUNTRY.
  • NEXT -Click on the "SELF ASSIGN" link and then click "Instantly Assign Myself Shop" - the form will then appear in your job log for you to complete. You MUST COMPLETE THE FORM TO START THE APPROVAL PROCESS -Fill out your application quickly- we are only accepting 300 more shoppers that apply and submit their form! Should you have any problems assigning yourself a form, simply email Jen, our scheduler and she will put the form into your log.   • 2. Once we receive your completed Waiver agreement online- we will run your credit and then place you into a category for the study. THIS NORMALLY TAKES SEVERAL WEEKS and actually longer when we first start as we are processing hundreds of apps in the beginning stages. PLEASE be patient and wait for us to notify you once we are done. AFTER THIS- our scheduling team will notify you via email and assign 2 blank forms in your log for SPECIFIC CELLULAR carriers (Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile). Shoppers get to pick the closest location to them on the approved type of stores, to conduct the actual shops to complete your surveys/questions.


  • 3. The shops are fairly simple and require a shopper to simply pose as a consumer interested in purchasing new smart phone devices. The goal is to see what plans or installment options are offered to you to cover the cost of equipment. (i-phones, Window phones or Androids primarily). SHOPPERS NEVER actually sign a new contract, but most carriers will request to check your credit before they will tell you if you are eligible for installment billing options and what terms. Its fairly common for consumers to shop around and have their credit pulled a few times while shopping for a particular service (loan, car, home, etc). You must have VALID ID to participate.


  • 4. This study is for ALL consumers 18 or older who have CHALLENGED CREDIT - you DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MYSTERY SHOPPER. We encourage shoppers to REFER friends, family or students to earn this fee by simply having them register with us as a new evaluator.     UPCOMING PROJECTS / RECRUITMENT- As many of you may know, we have a division of our company dedicated to Operations and Loss Prevention CONSULTING and AUDITING. We have several new projects coming up in the next 2 to 4 weeks where we need EXPERIENCED RETAIL and or LOSS PREVENTION auditors. These are NOT Mystery Shopping jobs, but in depth (1.5 to 2 hr) audits that require a person to have retail management or loss prevention experience. These jobs will pay very well, up to $40 per hour for hired on consultants.     NOTICE:

    ALL SHOPPERS that shop with CRS must have a VALID SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER or tax ID number
    on file to work with us REGARDLESS of if a person thinks that they will make under $600 for the year. We must have every employee and sub-contractor's Tax Information ON FILE.
    It is illegal to provide false tax information to any company to receive wages or compensation.
    All information is stored in an SSL Encrypted very secure database with limited access for only representatives processing payroll.
    Shoppers can go to the IRS website and apply for a Tax ID number to use if they do not wish to use their SSN number for Tax reporting.

    CONFIRMING ASSIGNMENTS:
    All shoppers must confirm their assignments on the confirm link that is located inside their shop log or by responding to scheduler emails promptly. Once given an Assignment and once we receive confirmation, you are contractually accepting the job on our terms. You are not only confirming that you can complete the assignment, but that you have also read the guidelines and understand what is expected for a successful job and compensation.

    TRAINING:
    Shoppers that are new will be required to train and qualify after being given assignments on certain programs. Shoppers must make a concerted effort to be available for Trainers. Lack of accessibility which results in delay of training will result in the shopper's assignment being reassigned.

    PAYMENTS FOR WORK
    Shoppers or Auditors that are NOT PAYPAL users must submit an invoice to Our Managing Director, Kendra Parker via email at shopperinfo@corporaterisksolutions.com to receive payment. Shops or Audits that require an out of pocket expense of $25 or more are paid within 10 business days. Payroll is processed on MOST projects (not all) once a month between the 10th and 15th for all shops completed the previous month. Example: If you complete a shop in the month of November, your shop will be paid out sometime between Dec. 10th and Dec 15th via paypal. Those NON paypal shoppers must wait on a check to be be processed. This is a manual process and can take 30 days or longer AFTER the shopper submits an invoice as described above.
    Paypal payments and Checks will have the company header 'Asset Protection' which is our corporate legal company name.

    NOT COMPLETING AN ASSIGNMENT / DEACTIVATION:
    Shoppers that fail to complete an assigned job and do not communicate in advance will be deactivated from this database. We have too much at risk with our clients! Shoppers need to understand that canceling jobs or not completing assignments COST US MONEY- we have to repost them, normally they are last minute, bonuses have to be added and schedulers are paid for their additional time re-assigning the shop. BE RESPONSIBLE when accepting shops and adding them to your calendar.

    Our company rarely, if ever, conducts mystery shops involving check cashing or money transfers. We never ask shoppers to send us money. If someone posing as a representative of our company ever contacts you with a cashier's check, call us before you try to cash the check...it may be a scam!
